2. What data does this website collect?

None. This website contains no forms, uses no tracking or analytics cookies, and does not collect personal data from visitors while they browse.

However, our hosting provider may automatically process technical data (such as your IP address) in its server logs, solely to serve the pages and keep the service secure, acting as our data processor. This provider may be established in the US; in that case the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

3. Data you provide when contacting us

If you choose to contact us by email, phone or LinkedIn, we will process the data you yourself provide (for example your name, email address or phone number) for the sole purpose ofhandling and answering your enquiry. We do not use that data for unsolicited marketing. We do not disclose your data to third parties; only our service providers (email and hosting) may access it as data processors.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) where your enquiry concerns our services, and our legitimate interest in handling the professional communications you address to us (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time by writing to us.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and thereafter for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to admin.energy@nodosplus.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This site links to LinkedIn. If you follow those links, any processing of your data on those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, outside the control of NODOS ENERGY S.L.U.
