1. Does this site use cookies?

No. This website does not use first- or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to accept.

2. Functional local storage

We only use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your light/dark theme preference. This storage is strictly functional, cannot identify you and does not track your browsing, so it is exempt from consent requirements under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI and the Spanish DPA (AEPD) cookie guidance on user-chosen interface personalisation.

This entry (key theme, values light/dark) remains in your browser until you delete it via your browser settings.

3. What if this changes?

If we ever add cookies that require consent (for example analytics), this policy will be updated and a proper prior-consent mechanism will be put in place.
